Bobo Law Office, PLLC is a law firm in Paducah, Kentucky handling criminal defense, real estate, appeals, family law, and personal injury cases. Alisha Bobo founded Bobo Law Office in 2009, and with the additions of attorneys Brad Miller and Kate Garland, Bobo Law Office has earned the reputation for solid legal representation. The attorneys at Bobo Law Office not only know the law; they know the intricacies of the judicial system and how it works, which makes them a major asset to their clients.

Alisha Bobo

A proud Paducah native, Alisha is a graduate of Heath High School.  Alisha obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from Murray State University, and her law degree from The University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio.  Alisha’s fondest childhood memories include watching The Andy Griffith Show with her dad, and Perry Mason and Matlock with her grandparents.  Her roots helped shape not only Alisha's keen interest in law, but also her humble, honest nature and integrity. 

Having been in private practice for over a decade, Alisha thoroughly enjoys getting to know her clients and using her experience to navigate them through the legal system.  Alisha’s style sets her apart from other attorneys, as she is known for her lack of sugarcoating which affords her clients straightforward, frank advice.  Alisha has a reputation for excellence among her peers and satisfaction from her clients.

In her spare time, Alisha enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with her wife, Lisa, and Border Collie, Yin

Brad Miller

Brad is a native of Paducah, though he spent childhood years in Denver, CO, and was also stationed in Pensacola, FL, and Pearl Harbor, HI, during his service in the U.S. Navy.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Murray State University and earned a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN.  He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as the United States District Court of Western Kentucky.  

Even before attending law school, Brad spent years working in the legal field.  He has over 17 years of experience in family law, civil litigation, estate/probate litigation, property law, and has a considerable history with appellate cases in the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Kentucky.  He raised his two children as a single father and is now married to his wife, Lauren, who has three children.  Brad is proud of his ability to balance his home life with the needs of his clients.  Brad is passionate about the advantage earned through legal research and believes that a knowledge of the law along with a dedicated work ethic are a good attorney’s strongest tools.  His interest in law is genuine and he truly considers solid client relationships to be the cornerstone of good legal practice.

KATE GARLAND

Kate was born and raised in Paducah and was part of the first graduating class from McCracken County High School. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Louisville and obtained her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Missouri.

Kate began her legal career in Saint Louis practicing family law. She joined Bobo Law Office from the Department of Public Advocacy where she represented numerous clients through the criminal court process. Kate is passionate about serving her community and her clients. She is people-centered and puts the needs of her clients first. 

In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and taking her dog, Gnash, for walks downtown.

ANDREA OROZCO

Andrea is our legal assistant and brings competency, dedication, and so much more to our team. Fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to helping others, she plays a vital role in supporting our clients through the legal journey. Known for her empathy, strong work ethic, and authentic approach, Andrea ensures that every client feels heard, understood, and valued. Her background in bridging communication gaps and her passion for giving back make her an invaluable part of our firm.

In her free time, Andrea stays busy with her family and friends, and she is a proud supporter of Paducah Tilghman football.
